Together North was founded by long‑time collaborators Martin Stein and Angelo Rigakis, whose partnership began in 2005 and has grown through years of shared problem‑solving, complementary skills, and a mutual commitment to building systems that make life easier. From their earliest projects, it was clear that Martin’s strength in user experience, communication, and process design paired naturally with Angelo’s expertise in data architecture, reporting systems, and technical problem‑solving. That balance of people‑focused design and data‑driven structure became the foundation of their work together.

Over the years, Martin and Angelo continued to exchange ideas, support each other’s projects, and refine their shared approach to technology: build tools that are clear, reliable, and genuinely helpful. Angelo Rigakis is the co‑founder of Together North, bringing more than fifteen years of experience in data analytics, reporting architecture, and client‑focused solution design. With a career that spans enterprise software, Fortune 500 technology environments, government operations, and high‑volume contact centres, Angelo has built a reputation for transforming complex data ecosystems into clear, actionable intelligence that empowers organizations to make better decisions.

Angelo has served as a Data Analyst and Report Developer working with clients across the globe to design reporting frameworks that support investigations, compliance, and operational oversight. He specializes in structuring and optimizing databases across Postgres, MySQL, and Oracle, ensuring that data is captured, organized, and modeled in ways that support both immediate reporting needs and long‑term scalability.

Angelo leads requirement‑gathering sessions with clients, translating business questions into technical specifications and building dashboards, analytics, and custom Jasper reports that deliver clarity and insight.

Angelo developed and maintained reporting systems using SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports, and advanced Excel automation. He designed end‑to‑end reporting strategies from mockups and version testing to training and deployment. His work extended into IVR optimization, where he collaborated with third‑party vendors to streamline call flows and resolve routing issues.

At Together North, Angelo leads the organization’s data strategy and analytics vision. He shapes how information is captured, structured, visualized, and leveraged to support communities, organizations, and decision‑makers.

Before co‑founding Together North, Martin led procurement and contracting functions across 3 federal departments, including both communications and correctional mandates. He managed multimillion‑dollar acquisitions, negotiated high‑stakes vendor agreements, and developed policy frameworks adopted across several organizations. His work earned repeated recognition including Chairperson’s Awards of Distinction, Collaboration Awards, and Client Service Awards reflecting his consistent impact and leadership.

Martin’s career extends beyond procurement with a background in IT support, publishing, training, and small‑business consulting.
